In an era defined by visual clutter, I’ve chosen to find clarity in the singular. I am embarking on a deliberate chromatic odyssey. This is the start of an ongoing portrait series that will eventually traverse every shade of the rainbow to explore the profound psychological weight of a restricted palette.

We begin with "L'art du rouge."

This inaugural chapter is a study in visceral immersion. I didn't want a mere splash of color; I wanted a total surrender to the flame. By layering red on red on red on red, I’ve stripped away the safety of contrast to let texture and tone command the room. From the deep pull of crimson velvet to the sharp edge of a scarlet silhouette, the hue becomes the heartbeat of the frame.

In "L'art du rouge," the color isn't a detail. It is the atmosphere, the narrative, and the soul.
